By commissioning me in any kind of way, you hereby read and agree to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PAYING THIS INVOICE, YOU REPRESENT AND AGREE THAT

1. You are at least 18+ years of age.
2. You are legally responsible of handling online purchases using a verified account.
3. PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL ONLY.
4. Will comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service).
5. You have ownership of the character(s).

Section 1 - Service
​
A. One slot per person at a time.
B. I have the right to refuse service under any circumstance. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled it if occurs.
C. I will not draw racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, no nsfw.
D. I draw humans and backgrounds using realistic/semi-realistic art style.

Section 2- Usage
​
A. Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s). Even if you paid for the artwork you are not allowed to edit without my approval.
B. All commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc).
C. You may re-upload my artwork as long as you credit me or tag me under the name “GusoYugo”.
D. Making prints of the artwork is PROHIBITED.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

A. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way).
B. Taking credit from the creation of the artwork.
C. Removing watermarks/signatures.
D. Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.

Section 3 - Payment
​
A. NO REFUNDS.
B. Upfront payment.
C. Non-consensual or chargeback refunds are not permitted. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork(s) to new buyers.
D. If you would like your artwork to be done in less than one week (five days at the least) then you must pay an extra $30+ for rushed order (price may vary depending on complexity) to complete the artwork. This will put you as a top priority. If rush order it must be stated before the commission starts.

Section 4 - Artwork Process
​
A. All artwork is done in 3000x3000 / 1080x1080 / 1080x1920 pixels with 72 resolution and saved in PNG format.
B. You will only get ONE FREE MAJOR REVISIONS for the sketch or lining stage and ONCE during the coloring stage. Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required to your satisfaction.

C. All descriptions and references are to be stated upon ordering. Such as pose, original character and short background story of your character (if there is no background story it's fine). Please make the description short, simple and direct to the point. The artwork will start after payment.

D. Accessories have additional fee for $15 depending on complexity.
E. Your contact information must be active as communication is crucial for the artwork process.
​
F. WIPs (Work-in-Progress) will be will be given if I the artist, and the commissioner wonder about the commission.

G. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 week and 5 days depending on many factors such as order of commission, complexity, work, school, the artist's health and family issues. If any of the things stated occurs, you will be notified asap.

If you do not agree to these Terms, THEN you are not allowed to commission me.
